With this week’s update, SmartFile has made a couple features simpler so that you can utilize them more often. These two features will help you track how a file is shared, as well as any activity involved with it. Let’s look at these cool new features that can save you time.
There are two new buttons that help to monitor your files: quick links and quick activity. They are both located to the right of each file. The quick links button will show you any links that have been created for this file. The quick activity button allows you to see the past five actions with the file. This is a snapshot of the activity that the file has gone through. This can also take you to a pre filtered tab of all of the activity that has happening with this file. This is another way for you continuously monitor what is happening with your information
Both of these features are simpler versions than before. You can quickly monitor everything that happens with your files. This is a huge advantage when it comes to detection because of the simplicity. All that you have to do is click on these and know exactly what is going on with your information.
