Problem
BFG's clients represent some of the most prominent brands in world. When one of their largest clients began experiencing an issue, they needed a solution and FAST. Existing communication channels for transferring content with this client had broken down, and they had to find a solution to sharing media content back and forth. BFG had handful of requirements including: hosting the files behind their firewall; file links that carried their domain; mobile access on a variety of devices; the ability to handle large files; and a delivery date of yesterday.
Solution
Working closely with the client, SmartFile had our on-premise appliance up and running within BFG's network in 5 business days. Communication could resume as normal, and for a marketing agency, communication back and forth with clients is the lifeblood of their business. BFG had fixed a problem, and they were able to recommence delivering world-class service to their customers.
